Today you are in for a real treat; a behind the scenes look at China. I suggest you go get a special beverage and then take a look at this 10 minute item that aired the other evening on the CBC. I passed it around to a few people and the Sous Chef was amazed at the infrastructure costs just basically sitting idle.

I always enjoy Adrienne’s journalistic items and I wonder where the CBC got wind of this story. It’s amazing what you can do when you control the printing press (money printing in China). Adrienne, you can come to dinner anytime!
